Open Box Delivery

All our deliveries are Open Box Deliveries. This means the delivery person will open the package in front of you so you can inspect the product before accepting it.

Please inspect the helmet for any damage, defects, or incorrect size before accepting the delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, customers MUST record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

Important

Without a clear unboxing video showing the product condition at the time of delivery, we will not be able to process return/exchange requests.

Size Exchange Policy

We understand that getting the right fit is crucial for your safety. Size exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is only for the same product in a different size
  • Product must be in original condition with all tags intact
  • Delivery charges will be applicable for exchange shipments
  • Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery
